Let it be known,
The estate of Meissa is to be returned to its rightful ruler, the Begum Hephaestra, along with its coffers and possessions, and all of its garrison, effective immediately.
The Begum shall present this official missive escorted by a contingent of the royal guard of Shad'ahan, who will also bear witness to the fulfillment of this act.
Komirri is recognized as a free person, as her slavery was known to be illegal. She is hereby invited—not compelled—to seek an audience with the Shah to discuss her future, if she so desires.
