Currently, items inside of locked down containers count towards your total lockdown count. That severely limits the amount of items that can be stored in a building, as well as the amount of deco that can be done. Could this be changed so only items that are actually locked down are counted?

The items inside of secures do not count towards lockdown numbers. We get far fewer secures than lockdowns though.

Yeah, that's as intended tho. I do not want stockpiling, as its very bad for the economy. So I'm afraid I won't be approving this.
