Can we please have vanity drops, actually drop from treasure chests as oppose to only dropping from paragons? Thank you!!!

Treasure maps, even low level ones, appear to be dropping named magic items with no functionality, as well as way to much gold.

The number of magic scrolls dropping on chests is also... excessive.
