This is more of an announcement than an application.
Given the changes for RPCSS, the Noble Houses of Raven's Kiss, Valdrdómr and Mythalvian have combined into a new alliance known as The Great Northern Army.
The alliance will be joined by:

- Mithril Moorbane of Tiversomin
